We doubt it, but we want you to be 100% happy with your Strangeways threads - If you change your mind on any full price item purchased online, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the item being shipped from our warehouse.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange within this period, your product must be:
- In the same condition as sold
How to Return an Item
Contact us at email@example.com to obtain a Returns Form, quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return - our customer service team will guide you from there.
When returning items to our online team, you are responsible for the cost of the return. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure we get the goods.
Once received by our team, your refund will be processed in the same way you made the original purchase:
- PayPal refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days and visible immediately.
- Credit card refunds will be processed 1-2 business days but may take 1-5 business days depending on your bank.
If you wish to exchange an item, we will organise this and dispatch your new item within 3 business days of receiving your return.
